Natalie is co-founder and principal of EasyProtection®, which began in 2009 as a final expense and funeral planning insurance agency. EasyProtection® has now evolved into a full-service insurance agency offering not only final expense and funeral planning, but also preneed insurance, health insurance and services related to burial trusts, debt and wealth management and retirement planning. Her major focus is educating federal and state employees and in particular the teacher market relative to shortcomings of their pension plans and what options are available to supplement those gaps.

Natalie has extensive agency building experience. She and 2 other employees relocated the General Agency of Metropolitan Life from Louisiana to New Jersey. The MetLife General Agency became a full-service agency with over 100+ employees supporting thousands of MetLife agents worldwide. In 2008, she retired as the Operations Manager of the MetLife General Agency.

She along with Ralph Wileczek founded Final Expense Planning Specialist Association who sits on the Board of Directors of the country’s only non-profit organization that grants the professional designation of Final Expense Planning Specialist or FEPS®.

Natalie graduated from the University of Arkansas with two Masters Degrees and in her early career worked as a Psychological Examiner for the Arkansas Department of Human Services. She changed careers to insurance as a Quality Service Consultant with Aetna Life and Casualty before accepting a leadership position with Metropolitan Life. Today, she is a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel and a proud mother and grandmother.
